There's hope in Colorado!Legislative leadership, CDMVA expertise and United Veterans Committee support might craft a solution to the descriptions between the Colorado Constitution's Article X Section 3.5 and the 2007 statute defining "eligible veteran."
If so, more disabled Colorado veterans can be protected by the disabled veteran property tax exemption.
